Multitasking on your Chromebook just got easier: you can now dock any small window, like Hangouts or Google Keep, to the side of your screen by dragging it to the left or right edge. Your main app will resize automatically, letting you take notes or stay connected all in one view. Just restart your Chromebook and give it a try.

Google made its head-mounted Glass available to the general public for the first time on Tuesday.

Their big bag of dots isn't worth nearly as much as your handful of insight, is it?

+Rich Kiker I think the article writer is misleading with their title. Google has been developing touch features for some time which is true. This last release has seen many touch features finally mature to stable and this is also true. To say that Google has officially sent out a message that Chrome OS is now ready for a tablet is not accurate. Nowhere in the article do they mention a source or a quote from Google.

This is all speculation and opinion.

They already have Android for tablets. This only makes sense for convertible devices where the screen flips around to convert the laptop into a tablet. I don't see why Google would think it's a good idea to have 2 different OSs for tablets.

Forget Glass. The tech giant has filed a patent application for a contact lens with a built-in micro-camera that could be controlled by blinking and would process data to help blind people "see"—and link—to smartphones

Too little too late in my case, I haven't opened office on my computer in 5-6 months. I work solely with google apps. I have had very few issues in doing so.

We've used Brady Landscaping for the last few years and they are always friendly and do a great job. Ian and his team have not only handled lawn care but have done landscaping, snow removal, and more for us. In all areas, these guys do great work. We recommend them without reservation.
