"Ah, Miami-Dade County: the land of dreamers, visionaries, builders, and fabulously peculiar towns and neighborhoods. Before the real estate land boom of the 1920s it was a swampland, but that didn’t stop the country’s rich from coming to make their mark. These early pioneers came with big ideas that would be the beginning of quirky, one-of-a-kind places. We took a look at the origin stories of nine Miami neighborhoods.Brickell sure has come a lo...

Despite growing prices and tight inventory, demand for Manhattan real estate has proven resilient. Sales volume in the first quarter increased 2.6 percent from last year in a sign that some buyers are not to be discouraged by shrinking inventory or price growth. Sales of condos and co-ops grew by 1.5 percent and 2.7 percent from last year, respectively. The median time on market for all Manhattan homes sold in the first quarter rose slightly from...

Another full-floor unit is in contract and will close soon, Mr. Gordon said.So far 42 of the building’s 59 condos have sold, Mr. Gordon said. The hotel opened its doors in March; that, in combination with the end of “a brutal winter,” has led to “a dramatic increase in buyer interest” over the past few weeks, Mr. Gordon said. That includes the building’s duplex penthouse, which is listed for $60 million.Source: www.wsj.comWith the flagship hotel ...

New York Real Estate Agent | Miami Beach Realtor | Manhattan Luxury Real Estate | Miami Beach Luxury Condos & Homes
Introduction

Ricardo has been in sales his entire life. Growing up in a retail family in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Ricardo took to sales at a very young age. At 14 years old, he was undoubtedly the youngest (and unofficial) salesperson at a local Ford dealership. Ricardo studied Marketing in college and continued selling for his family business until arriving in New York City over 12 years ago. Upon arriving in NYC, Ricardo first did what he knew best – selling fashion, but he quickly transformed his career into that of high-end Manhattan Real Estate sales.

Ricardo’s enthusiasm and drive quickly propelled him in this fast-paced business, selling eight apartments during the first two months he was in the business. His drive led him to join Prudential Douglas Elliman where he excelled to the President’s Circle – the top 3% of all Prudential agents nationwide out of a total of over 50,000 agents.

Ricardo is a creative, savvy marketeer who is also very technologically astute. In addition, with a former career in fashion retailing, Ricardo has a very high taste level that his clients appreciate.

During the past five years, Ricardo has really become a Foreign Buyer expert, focusing his time and energy on Foreign Buyers who have unique needs and wants, and who are underserved by other agents that don’t truly understand the issues facing a Foreign Buyer. At his clients’ urging, he became licensed in Florida, where he has been in the business since 2005, and he now sells in both markets.

Ricardo has sold New York City Real Estate and Miami Real Estate to foreign buyers of many different nationalities including:

  • Belgian,
  • Dutch,
