Agreed.. Most of the Competition gets stifled and put on the back burner in order to accelerate a companies prime agenda . To maximize what they consider a guaranteed project by sponsorship and inflated budgets that will distract the artists attention but attract the investors bottom line and objectives. A&R departments have changed the game a hell of a lot since the old days of endorsing and promoting a band or an artist. How Much can one draw? What's the fan Base? How far are you willing to go to get what they need? Blinded and Naked they enter into a Lion's Den.
