We love dancing and moving and decided to open up a studio where people can have fun exercising and exploring movement with their bodes. We wholeheartedly believe that exercising and moving is one of the most joyful and blissful experiences that anyone can have.
Out studio mostly teaches Zumba classes, a really fun group exercise that uses Latin inspired dance moves and music. We also teach Zumba Gold for beginnger exercisers and active older adults, Zumba Toning that uses light weights for strength training, Buda Khi that uses Karate as a base for an exciting class, and PiYo that is a great combination of Pilates and Yoga.
After hearing too many people say that they hate having to go to the gym, we wanted to make a place where people cannot wait to go. Come and actually have a good time exercising!
