Here is a hen house door controller we recently made which gives the owner the choice of opening and closing the door depending on the output from a programmable digital timer or with a light detector which enables dawn and dusk to be detected. Both approaches have their benefits and disadvantages, so this controller gives the best of both worlds.

Here is a new rainwater toilet system pump controller which will automatically supply water from storage to a header tank to gravity feed toilets with rainwater. In addition to the usual features we put on our controllers, this one has a timer display to show for how long the pump has been running in total - therefore the amount of rainwater used (and mains water saved) can be calculated.

We have been testing an Arduino low power library to power down the microcontroller instead of using the delay() function. Have achieved 70% reduction in power consumption just by replacing delays with power downs.
