Re-inspections have the same limitations as the initial inspection; you can't see through walls or floors.  If you came back to that house and everything was covered up, you say it was covered up and you couldn't see anything.

That's the cost of about 2 gallons where I'm from. How'd you do that?

Hey Reuben, I recorded outside temperatures of 3-9 degrees one night and teens and twenties on other nights and 60s interior temperatures so in my experience, the Flir One does record temps below  30s.  Also Ryobi (Japanese) has a cheap one for about forty bucks that has been demonstrated to laser point at fridges which is not the same thing as what the Flir One is offering.

We are staying at the Hershey Lodge. It's less formal than the hotel, with
all the amenities, including an arcade and pool. She'll like that. Mom is
staying home for her own little getaway.

I have noticed that the ones following you are out of business apparently. It doesn't really matter that you can install 20 breakers on a 100 amp service if they are all rated at 5 amps! That totals 100 amps. Tandem, piggybacked, twined or whatever you call it there it's the same in the uniform code book and building code. Your advice is misleading. You probably bait potential customers then slip a contractor you recommend that gives kickbacks after collecting. If I were your customer I would copy your site and use your contractor then make you prove in court there was no kickbacks to keep a company of 30 or so inspectors open and supported on the few $200 home inspections you do. Homes must be selling like hot cakes there! At $25000 per home? No wonder the Vikings can't get any good players! Bet your home improvement licenses and permits would show conflict of interest. And the warehouse your in is used to store all the inspections you poor overworked inspectors do. My sympathy's on the dropping I.q. of the poor ignorant that need your half true advice to bait them in.

I received absolutely outstanding customer service from this pharmacy. Dean, the pharmacy manager, went out of his way to help me get something that was out of stock at the pharmacy, and did it all without me even asking. I was completely blown away. Friendly, fast, and efficient service.

I purchased an accidental damage and repair plan for my camera. I scratched the lens and took it into Best Buy for repair. I was admonished by the Geek Squad staff for not setting up an appointment before dropping off my camera for repair or replacement, but they were still able to take my camera. About a week later, I received an email saying my device was preparing to ship back. The following day, I received an email saying more information was needed from me, and that I had to call Geek Squad. My first phone call to them lasted 8 minutes with a guy constantly telling me he was pulling up my info, and then our call was disconnected. On my second call, I was promptly told that my camera couldn't be repaired and that I had to come into the store for a replacement. I came into the store on 8/7 knowing exactly which camera was a close fit, and it took approximately 50 minutes to get in and out of the store, despite being helped immediately by the Geek Squad staff. The guy at the Geek Squad desk had to talk to three other people, including a manager, before it could even be determined that I was to receive a replacement. That all took about 15 minutes, all the while nobody said a word to me. I traveled back and forth from the Geek Squad desk to the customer service desk a few times, and each time had a long wait. Everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly, but I'd much prefer expediency. In short, I won't be using the Geek Squad protection plan ever again. I've used SquareTrade for other similar warranties, and I waste far less time with them.

Everything about my procedure was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent communication, gorgeous facility, etc. My eyesight was perfect the day after the surgery. I couldn't ask for more.

It was extremely easy to set up our credit card processing system with Heartland Payment Systems, and Karen is hands-down the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to credit card processing.

I used Rightmark to repair a leaking water line coming into my house from the street. They showed up on time, did the repair right away, and were very professional.

Peggy Scheeler helped me coordinate the purchase of another local business. Thanks to her advice, we negotiated the purchase price down from the original asking price considerably. She was a huge help.
