After seeing a positive shift in the Perth property market for the first quarter of 2017, according to REIWA April results did a 180, with sales and leasing activity down approximately 30%. Albany, however increased their sales activity by 17% in April. Could it be that Easter holiday makers decided the grass really is greener in the country?
