TOP TIPS TO BEAT BLUE MONDAY
The third Monday of January is called blue Monday; it was actually created by a travel company wanting to sell tickets to sunny beaches in the middle of winter. Dreaming of summer sun is lovely but here are tips you can do right now to brighten your day.

1. Smile to raise those
2. Get outside exposure to daylight
3. Exercise to release those endorphins, even a short burst of 5 - 10 minutes can raise your mood.
4. listen to upbeat music.
5. Watch a musical
6. Write down 3 things to be thankful for.
7. If you find you are generally more down in winter, buy a daylight alarm and wake up to sunshine every day.
