Rain Liu+1+Reiner Klenk Bravo! I did it with option --desktop_file_hint. perhaps the mirsocket in n7 is not correct...
THANK you again for all the guide and help and... patience4 nov 2015
Good find. Makes testing of various apps much easier if I don't have to fiddle around with launcher and desktop files.4 nov 2015
+Reiner Klenk however, onscreen keyboard does not work. how to deal with this issue?6 nov 2015
I have no solution for that. You can install the "Google input tools" extension but it doesn't pop up a keyboard reliably. I tried xvkbd which works but the font is really tiny and impossible to read on my MX-4. All my attempts to specify a larger font have failed. Onboard and florence I couldn't get to work. If anyone has further suggestions ....6 nov 2015
+Reiner Klenk onboard works on my n7. however, it only works when i use wm (icewm in my case).Anyway i still want to apply system keyboard. And how to set up dpi? libreoffice looks really small, i can not use it at all.
Thanks for all your help12 nov 2015
For gtk based applications you can try "export GDK_SCALE=2" to make things bigger. Don't know whether that will work with libreoffice. Xmir has a DPI option but that doesn't seem to do anything.
I agree, having the system keyboard would be nice.12 nov 2015
