Fall Real Estate Review

Real estate inventory and interest rates are still low coupled with an improving economy and job market, this end of Summer/ early Fall market should be hot in Center City, Philadelphia

We are seeing more Buyers entering the market and Sellers are selling their homes fast if they price them according to the comparable sales. We do however expect interest rates to slowly begin to rise as the fed adjusts their economic forecasts and in response real estate inventory should begin to increase. The "on the fence" home sellers will begin to realize that they should capitalize on the current real estate market environment before inventory increases and prices begin to level out.
