2017 Budget - any questions? - The South Eastern Society of Chartered Accountants (SESCA) will be holding two ‘Any Questions’ style panel events. The first event will be held in Crawley, West Sussex, the second event will be held in Margate, Kent. Business Rates appeals – urgent action - The new Business Rates revaluation comes into effect on 1 April 2017, which will see many businesses in London and the South East facing potentially large increases in Business Rates due to property being revalued at a 2015 valuation base. We are expecting to hear more on possible reliefs for those hit hardest in the Spring Budget next Wednesday.
