Goes far beyond a typical "gym". The workouts are always solid and never boring because they are designed to challenge you and keep you motivated. Definitely a place to not only feel good, but to also get results while working along side really awesome people. Cori knows how to make you work and is amazing at pushing you to how far you wish to go. I always come out of her workouts sweaty and satisfied, yet never feeling like I've been pushed past my limits. Her training is appropriate for all levels of fitness and personal goals.

I have been working with Cori for 10 months now. She is a great trainer who can inspire a client to start and more importantly stick to the exercise program by presenting challenges in a way one can feel progress. She is committed to helping clients to improve the health quality of their entire life style. She also has emotional intelligence to find the balance between pushing hard for the results while being supportive when things don't work out. I highly recommend her as a trainer / advisor

Cori is knowledgable and more importantly passionate about what she does. The atmosphere at RS is so positive and contagious. It's rare to find a trainer that cares so much about clients. Not to mention gym has lots of fun toys to play with from battling ropes to monkey bars. There's never a boring workout!!

Cori is the best personal trainer I've ever experienced and the extremely knowledgeable about health. She works with you from the ground up to not just "get in to shape" but develop a truly healthy lifestyle in your workouts, nutrition, and day to day activities. She has lots of patience and will take the time to show you how to do the exercises the right way. She is very creative and it is rare to have the same work out in a week. Cori is able to give each client the necessary attention and customizes their workout sessions for each client's needs. What I love most about Cori is that she has tons of knowledge on nutrition and doesn’t just train you to lose weight and to be physically fit; she gives you the tools you need to stay healthy for life. Her workouts can be hard, but never grueling and she doesn’t yell at you (unless you deserve it). She assess you to see how you move and to assure you are doing execises correctly and observes your areas of weakness.

The short story: Cori is the BEST TRAINER EVER. Best Trainer Ever + Training in Cori's custom-made gym with the best equipment = AMAZING. The long story: I’ve been training with Cori for a year and a half and she has hands down, been the best trainer I’ve trained with. Why? Because she is: -Always supportive. Even though she yells at me, I’m always being yelled at in the most caring and encouraging way possible. Outside of the gym, she is willing to support me in reaching my goals as much or as little as I need. -Super creative. Her workouts are NEVER boring. AND, if for some reason I can’t do it because I injured myself, she’ll come up with an equally difficult and fun exercise. -Extremely smart—on so many levels. Cori tells me the same thing that physical therapists and doctors tell me about my "chronic" injuries. She also ensures that I'm doing all that I should be to take care of myself. On the non-training side, she can sure run an honest business. That's SUPER important to me, at least, because I'm not wasting any of my time trying to figure what services I'm getting, how I'm getting it, or what I didn't get. -FUN-TASTIC. You’ll just need to check this one out for yourself. TRUST me.
