We know our farmers, ranchers and ice cream makers! Humphry Slocombe is our neighbor at our Ferry Building location (Il Cane Rosso) and we proudly feature their ice cream along side our house made desserts and toppings here at Red Dog!

Memorial Day Weekend is the unofficial start to Summer and there's nothing like fresh corn to continue that Summer feeling! "Fried Brentwood Sweet Corn" with lime, pasilla, feta & cilantro-- a tasty side treat or Happy Hour snack!

The answer to today's mystery pic is...... Porcini Mushrooms! They are featured in our new House Made Egg Spaghetti & Spring Vegetable Pasta on our dinner menu (Starting at 5pm). It's also topped with a slow cooked egg! Delicious!

Meet the BRAMBLE! (Gin, Seasonal Fresh Fruit, Some Citrus) It's one of our featured cocktails on our new Brunch cocktail menu served Saturdays & Sundays from 10-3pm. This little beauty has fresh raspberries in it!

How about a pun? Did you hear about the kale who had to take time off from work? Yep, it took a "leaf of absence!" Well.... maybe you can take time off for lunch with our Kale, Avocado & Quinoa Salad! And, if you have any other good salad puns, "lettuce" know!!!

While we didn't invent the Scotch Egg.... Chef Kiino certainly serves up a tasty variation- her Deviled Ham Sctoch Egg! It's an excellent treat served all day long at Red Dog! (Fun fact: The London department store Fortnum & Mason claims to have invented Scotch eggs in 1738.)

Our chefs are prepping some beautiful MAITAKE Mushrooms! Maitakes are thought to be the most powerful mushroom in strengthening the immune system! Unlike many common mushrooms, they have loads of nutrients including powerful antioxidants, Vitamins B, C, iron and potassium! Mmmm healthy and delicious!
