I recently went into to red McCombs to get a wheel alignment and my tires rotated. The gentlemen who took great care of me was Raul. He is a very proficient pleasant young man who took the time to explain his recommendations and what were some possible out comes if I ignored those issues and important maintenance that needed to be taken care of. As we know, customer service is hard to come by these days therefore Raul definitely deserves kudos for his exceptional service. Thank you.

I've only used the service department but Thomas Bundick has taken care of me every time. I always walk away pretty impressed. I've used the shuttle to get to and from work without any issues and have also sat in the waiting room. The free donuts in the morning and the free coffee machine definitely help with the wait. Be sure to check out the USAA employee discount if you work there.

Every car i have ever purchased has been a Toyota and i keep up the maintenance with their pre paid plan. I absolutely love the service department, Brandon is polite and provides great service. I especially like how real he is with me on what is going on with my car. He always seems to find time to give me an update.

Wife called a min. ago. McCombs Toyota called her about the 20K Toyota Care service they figured was due. I had to remind her of the botched work they did during the 10K Toyota Care service. Lug nuts loose - tire pressures uneven on all 4 tires - found out from one of their employees they do not use Toyota's prescribed 0W-20 weight oil on the 5th Gen 4 Runner as they are supposed to. All vehicles serviced at Red McCombs get Valvoline 5W-30 Blend oil that is housed in a 200 gallon tank. Saves the dealer $$$ - no guess work. Unfortunately not all cars were designed to work with 5W-30 oil. No thanks Red. I'm back to doing all maintenance work myself.

He also told me that we carry the 3 grades of oil that are used in Toyota vehicles and only put in what is recommended by Toyota. Your 4Runner uses 0W-20 full synthetic and that is also what we put in it. Hi.. I thought of purchasing an used vehicle from here. The actual sales person routed me to another person who is awesome while explaining the car and eligible for 5 stars. Then we had negotiation on the price and we are not ok to their price and thought of leaving without a deal. Then the senior sales person came and tried to convince me and said that they will work around the price and took all the documents to process further. He asked about the experience with the sales team and I said awesome. He said that I am satisfied with them so far. "So far" I didn't understand why he said "So far". The next day morning they called and said that all things were approved and they asked me to come and pick up the car. When I go to them they congratulated me for 5-6 times. They got signature on some agreement papers too. I repeatedly asking them for the final price and they didn't disclose. After insisting for several times they told the price which made me cry, angry, laugh and dissapointed... They played the marketing tactics on me and I became fool and a couple of my friends too. Then I understood the"So far". Since I like the car I went up on the price a bit more. If they couldn't give at that price and can't provide me the room in the discount, they would have told me over the phone instead of asking me to come and pick the car but they played the game till last minute. I lost 6 points due to the hard enquiry on my credit. Finally I would like to thank them who gave me the motivation to take up learners license test. Over a night I read the material and gave the exam. Finally thank you guys for giving me such kind of experience. Thanks for the reply. On that I authorized for the credit history enquiry. Hope I gave the authorization for one hard enquiry from Red McCombs. But you made 6 enquiries listed below. ALLY FINANCIAL Inquiry Oct 30, 2015 MCCOMBS/TOYOTA Inquiry Oct 29, 2015 WFDS Inquiry Oct 30, 2015 TMCC Inquiry Oct 30, 2015 CHASE AUTO Inquiry Oct 30, 2015 R MCCOMBS TO Inquiry Oct 29, 2015 I tried calling you but you are putting me on hold for more than 30 mins every time. I want to check with you whether those enquiries made by you or not. If you made them I am requesting you to remove those hard enquiries as they are effecting my credit history. If you confirm that requests were not made by you I will dispute those enquiries and will proceed legally. Please call me back (you can get my number from your contact lists hopefully you will have).

I purchase a vehicle from them and they were okay (Less than average), then I tried calling the service department and they had me on hold for almost 30 minutes. I am usually a patient person but that is ridiculous of a wait time. I had my Maintenance light come on and I wanted to schedule an appointment. The service department finally answered and could not answer my questions. When I purchase the vehicle they noted I would receive tire rotations and also oil changes and now they said I no longer have these available? That is bogus! I DO NOT recommend!!!

Had the best experience buying a car from them! I walked in with a small window of what I was looking for, and Obed was able to find me exactly what i wanted and for the price that I requested with no problem. It was definitely a hassle-free experience!

I have bought numerous cars at this location. Everyone is so wonderful. Very outgoing, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate everything that they have helped me with over the years. If I ever get another vehicle, it will always be through this location. Mario Adarri and Andrew Roth have been great. They deserve a promotion. I appreciate them so much!
