The Oasis Women have a Thursday night class with Deann, owner of "Hip & Hippies" candle shop. "I was asked to teach the R.O. women production skills and how to run a business, but in return I have been the one who's learned. Through their stories, I've learned about the value of being surrounded by those who care and support each other and the power of perseverance." -Deann

RO Quick Story:
Dorothy Moore opened up her lake house to the Oasis house women for the July 4th holiday weekend. They were given an opportunity to get away from the inner-city to let loose and have fun together away from the tedious days of the intensive discipleship program. They went swimming, had a campfire with s’mores, road golf carts, watched fireworks, saw a jet show on a boat, and many other things. The whole trip brought the women closer together in unity in a new setting without the demands of everyday life in the inner-city. "This was one of the best 4th of July's I have ever had.
"The women were able to truly relax and just be themselves and because of that, our friendships grew in a new way." – Bryn
