What if that exit interview doesn't reflect the truth?
Want to know the real reasons why your employees leave? It's not your benefits or your vacation policy. Nor is it the praise they receive. The real reason

Whether you like her or hate her - this event is the culmination of decades of women banging our heads and working our hearts out. This post is my letter to younger women who may not recognize how far we've come...
I cried as I watched Hillary’s speech last week. I know a lot of women who were in tears as we watched Hillary’s speech. It was a defining moment, the culmination of decades of hard work and head-banging to get to this single most important event. Some younger women seemed much more laissez faire about a woman claiming a nomination as …

"We must be broken by life’s traumas. That’s what the world teaches us. We’re taught that once we’ve had bad experiences, those experiences change us forever. And not usually for the better. We focus on surviving rather than thriving. Getting by vs going beyond.

What a bunch of hooey. I think it's time we took control to realize we are all powerful beyond our wildest dreams. Enough with the limited social programming. Here are some ideas on how to take control and live a kick ass life!
“We’re all broken, we just learn to live with the breaks.” ~ seen on Facebook For most of my life, I believed I was broken. As a child I was a smart kid in a very small town, which made me different. That translated to my being somehow broken. During my life the traumas have …

Enough is enough. Sometime you have to stand up before you fall backward.
Rage in America is out of control. Everywhere you look, we're forgetting human rights in favor of bullying rights. Time to stand up, before it's too late.

About the Author I think it's time that modern women had the choice; to follow in the way women have always done it, or breakout to define and create success on our own terms. That's why I created Breakout Women. I wanted to share the innovative discoveries of modern mind science, applied to the situations modern women face every day. Along the way, I'll also share my lessons learned in over 25 years as an executive consultant in high technology; what works, what doesn't, and how to successfully walk your own path. After all, I am a Rebel. My passion is to empower women to step into the professional success and personal satisfaction we all deserve, leveraging the inherent power of our minds.
Introduction
Through my learning and speaking programs, I transfer decades of experience to professional women, fast tracking their professional and personal success. I guide women in business to create innovative strategies, motivate successful change, as well as dramatically improve employee performance, collaboration and job loyalty. My personal development program delivers powerful insights and proven techniques to step into your full confidence, increase your focus, fuel your influence with others and hone your executive presence, even as you literally define your future.

I spent 20 years in high technology consulting as a recognized market/product strategist and turnaround expert. When I was 32, I was honored to be named one of the Top 100 Women in Computing. As a consultant, I worked with over 300 global organizations to help them step beyond their status quo perspectives to create profitable market advantage. I also worked with US and European venture firms to successfully fund and launch their portfolios. I even ran a consulting practice in Paris for three years, working with European clients. What fun that was!

I am blessed to be the founder and director of the Unstoppable U Foundation, a non-profit program committed to guiding kids to know that they are born to be Unstoppable!

I'm a board certified instructor of a variety of neuro and behavioral scientific methods, a master coach and certified in equine therapy.

I've worked with other supposed SEO gurus. I paid them a ton of money and received no value whatsoever. That's one reason why I'm so thrilled with the excellent work and value I received from the folks at Dragon. Ric, Jason and Adam were professional throughout the entire project. More than that, they took the time to really understand my needs and focus. Then they went above and beyond to do an in depth analysis of my new website. They even fixed some development issues that were left over from the deployment. Not part of their project assignment but they did it anyway. Their SEO analysis and recommendations for me deserve five stars ++++. The work was thorough, thoughtful and went way beyond what I'd expected or asked them to do. They gave me some new ideas, pinpointed some area that were causing me problems and basically did an OUTSTANDING job. I will hire them again, and again. And you should hire them too! I can't say enough great things about the people and their work.
