Do you believe that as an adult you control what you think and do?  think again!
Just because you're a CEO or any other adult, it doesn't mean you consciously run your world. Not even.

Great post and thanks for the share dear +Rebel Brown
Beyond the stats, there is a sense that leaders can achieve unbelievable outcomes when spirit and flow are allowed to be. I say this from an anthropological eye and lens when leaders focus on creating monumental positive emotions and allowing all to be their best selves. There is a clear appreciation for who leaders are and greatness, when fully expressed, leads to exceptional accomplishments.
Blessings!

Morning Rockstars!  I need your minds!!!!!    I'm working on a program for HR executives and want to confirm  the  biggest challenges facing HR in 2014 +++ .  I have some ideas but I dont want to clutter your thoughts - so if you have a moment, could you share the largest challenge you see?   In return, i'll share my program content with those who respond.  Is that a fair deal?  THANKS STARS!!!!

Thanks for the feedback and opportunity to engage with you +Rebel Brown ! I agree that the HR function needs to be modernized.  To me the primary focus should be people and enabling a people experience that brings a whole-system perspective into the mix... people care and wish to give back, hence the emerging "purpose economy" from +Aaron Hurst - people can foster "good growth" and a new "Current-See" (e.g. Currency) is doable when people are empowered to foster community growth and legacy.  Cheers!

I've worked with other supposed SEO gurus. I paid them a ton of money and received no value whatsoever. That's one reason why I'm so thrilled with the excellent work and value I received from the folks at Dragon. Ric, Jason and Adam were professional throughout the entire project. More than that, they took the time to really understand my needs and focus. Then they went above and beyond to do an in depth analysis of my new website. They even fixed some development issues that were left over from the deployment. Not part of their project assignment but they did it anyway. Their SEO analysis and recommendations for me deserve five stars ++++. The work was thorough, thoughtful and went way beyond what I'd expected or asked them to do. They gave me some new ideas, pinpointed some area that were causing me problems and basically did an OUTSTANDING job. I will hire them again, and again. And you should hire them too! I can't say enough great things about the people and their work.
