Rebecca Latham is known for her detailed realism in watercolor, a style identified as traditional miniature painting
, specializing in wildlife as well as nature and occasionally portraits.
Her award winning paintings have been shown internationally in museums, including the Smithsonian, Nature in Art Museum (UK), respected galleries, and are collected in United States, Canada, England, France, Scotland, Australia, and Germany by private individuals as well as the Butler Institute of American Art, The Hartford, Miniature Art Society of Florida, and the Illinois Dept of Natural Resources.
Her works used in children's books for Thompson/Gale earned finalist placement in the MN Book Awards and winner in the NW Minnesota Book Awards.
