Attracting users and customers to a new start-up isn’t an easy task. Using the bell diagram of consumer adoption, we know that we first have to go for the risk

It’s official – MLA’s 2016 Australia Day ad has entered the history books as the most complained about advertisement in Aussie history.
Did the vegan baiting in the lamb ad get your chickpeas in a twist? Here are more Aussie ads that caused a mega stink.

5 years ago I wrote this. I'm still having the same conversations today!
Quite often I hear people say to me “yeah, my website is good – LOOK AT IT!” . Yep, it may look great, but does it do the job it is designed to do? BTW – what do you need a website for? Does it have a purpose? Do you think your website fills that purpose? A few of my recent clients, ...

That's a great idea, isn't it??
If you could “lease” the services of a senior marketer for a few days per month – would you employ a part-time Chief Marketing Officer in your business?

The worst service in the eastern suburbs. Jewish or not, the service is appalling. I had to queue up for 25 minutes, with 4-5 people in front of me, and the line behind me kept growing outside the store, and none of the staff seem to be bothered. As if because there's nowhere else to get kosher bread from, the people behind the counter just couldn't give a damn. As the people behind me kept complaining under the breath, I went to the counter and ask the girl if she cares that the line is just growing and people are waiting in the rain, she replied that it's like that every day, and there's stuff she needs to do. Appalling, disgusting and unacceptable behaviour. I'll never set foot in there again.

Great display, but dirty dishes, and horrible attitude from staff. They advertise PUBLIC WELCOME on the window, but are really geared towards the commercial purchaser. Some products can be purchased from the display, and some can't. I only learned about it, when I finished collecting my stuff, and got to the till. Very unpleasant experience.
