#KYCU is going to be my anthem for this week. Love the lyrics. "I'm the Lordship of Liquid...!".

I'm trying to drink more water in 2015 and cut back on the cans of Coke Zero! Have to say, been feeling a lot less groggy so far.

Such a wonderful idea. So simple but with the tech to back it up.

Go Shirin! Love this idea of Blackout although probably unworkable in a London PR agency. That said, Christmas period is a good example of Blackout...

Fantastic concept which I can definitely see working. Could also use for microwave, telly, dishwasher...

Kathy is a real tour de force. ActionGlobal is definitely doing some amazing work and is spreading its network far and wide based on traditional, PR values that are rooted in solid strategy. I had the pleasure of meeting up with Kathy and her impressive team in Cyprus last year and was blown away by the work these guys do. Whilst Action's been around for ages, I predict we'll be hearing a lot more about the group and network in the coming years,

This place is exactly what is needed in Surbiton. Unpretentious, affordable fine dining with an impressive modern European menu backed up with an amazing drinks list. The gin and juice basement is in itself a destination. The moment you enter the downstairs bar you can feel the genuine passion for gin radiate the room. The barstaff are talented, approachable and ready to go off-script when creating amazing cocktails. The nibbles on offer downstairs are also excellent (the charcuterie is a must) but it's the menu upstairs that is the true hero. Fresh, seasonal ingredients are the stars of the restaurant. The buffalo mozzarella starter is a true gent, especially when accompanied by the house bread and home made nduja butter. The signature dish looks to be the Galician octopus with black quinoa and chorizo sauce which is so succulent and tasty that it won me over completely (I usually steer clear of octopus). Battered monkfish cheeks are also well worth a go. Dessert and cheese selections are fantastic but it is the coffee that deserves a special mention. It's clear that these guys source the best coffee which is why the other local coffee shops should be worried. The staff are friendly, professional and attentive which is exactly what you want. Oh, and wifi is incredibly fast! This place is off to a flying start.

This place is great. I was their first customer when it opened up about six months ago and now go there regularly for a beard trim and a clipper cut. The brothers who run it are really friendly and they have a passion for what they do. They've done the place up really nicely and make all customers feel welcome. I've previously been to a number of barbers in the area and whilst they're all fairly good, this place definitely delivers on quality, price and friendliness!

Great riverside views. Although the place can get very busy, the staff here are always friendly. Food is brilliant, obviously!

Always consistent in quality. If you order online you can create your own pizza and save it so that you can reorder it in the future.

Good selection of sweets and cereals. Don't overlook the basement which has a lot more selection.

One of London's most beautiful corners! Great in any season. Views from the cafe terrace behind Pembroke Lodge are stunning and make for a great backdrop for a traditional English cream tea with scones.
