#ProTip When vacuuming your vehicle, make sure you slide your car seats forward, remove the mats and get under those seats. You’d be surprised at how much stuff can build up, and you never know what you might find! #springcleaning

#ProTip Keep some hand sanitizer or wipes in your glove compartment to wipe off your hands after you fill up your tank. Gas pump handles are said to be one of the filthiest surfaces you can encounter on a daily basis.

#ProTip Make sure you check your tire pressure! It’s common for tire pressure to decrease over the winter months.

Randy's is hands-down the best auto shop I've had the pleasure to work with in twenty-five years of car-ownership. You can probably find some of their services cheaper elsewhere, but you won't find their reliability or their customer-care.

Randy's is keen on customer service, which is what truly matters in this day and age. I appreciate their honesty on what service will cost and what time the vehicle will approximately be done by. Another plus- complimentary coffee, cozy chairs, free WIFI, and genuinely nice folks with great attitudes.

I only came in for a state inspection but was treated like a king. I was offered free coffee and had a pleasant conversation with the staff. The shop and waiting area were both clean and organized. The staff was professional while still coming off as the neighborhood mechanic. I noticed they called many of there numerous customers by name as soon as they walked in the door. It's nice that you can still go some places where everybody knows your name. Thanks Randys!!

Excellent work. They're not cheap, but my car rides a heck of a lot better than it did before I went there.

Randy's Automotive Service of Medfield, MA I would not recommend this shop. They are competent but the cost can be high and customer service is lacking. Here's my story: We live in CT and in late July 2012 our Nissan Sentra failed on the mass pike. I looked up nearby places to have it towed on my smartphone and chose Randy's based on the recommendation of AAA, some positive reviews on various sites and the professional appearance of their web site. The car was arrived at Randy's on Thursday evening and I was pleased that they had a diagnosis and recommended fix for me on Friday morning. I wasn't expecting them to necessarily have time to look at it that soon and was delighted that they did. The diagnosis was a failed ignition coil (this engine has four of them -- one for each cylinder). The quoted repair price was $370 and I was stunned. They told me that was $220 for the part and the rest for labor. The fee for labor was reasonable, but the parts cost was insane, IMO. So I told them I'd get back to them. I called a few Nissan dealers to find out what that coil costs. I was told that my cost would be $120 and one dealer admitted to me that the shop's price for it would be $110. So that means that Randy's was marking up the part 100%!!! I called Randy's back and explained how I had researched the cost of the part and was not pleased with their quoted price and them charging me double for the part. They didn't care. I then told them that I will buy the part myself and have the dealer deliver it to them. They would not allow this. So I said that I wasn't going to have them do the work and would have it towed elsewhere. Even though it meant losing my business, they didn't' care. I started to arrange to have the car brought elsewhere but after discussion with my wife we decided to just let Randy's do the repair, in order to get the car back more quickly and just move on with our lives. So I called Randy's back and OK'd the repair. They reminded me that the car was also overdue for an oil change and I OK'd the $40 oil change. They called later that day (Friday) and said that the car was ready. We picked up the car on Saturday and I was stunned to find out that the bill totaled $515. There was no one available on a Saturday to discuss the bill with me and I was frustrated. But we had driven up from CT to collect the car, so I had no choice but to pay, take the car home and deal with it later. When I called to discuss the bill I was told that's the way it is and tough. I am very unhappy and would suggest finding another shop for your car care needs.

They listen to your description of what seems to be wrong with your car and run a thorough diagnostic prior to doing any repairs. We have brought our cars to other mechanics before and our experience is that Randy's stands behind their repairs like no others. Without pressure, it always is my choice as to what repairs or service to perform. Their concern is safety and long term performance of our cars. All questions are answered thoroughly and they are willing to discuss any options available. Service is done promptly and expertly. No hassles. They even will drive you, within a reasonable distance, home and pick you up while your car is being serviced. Their work and word can be trusted.

Randy's has been servicing my cars for the past 18 years or so. Randy and Scott run a pretty tight shop. Repairs come with 3 year/36K mile warranty. Their approach is always to be as thorough as possible and to not cut corners. This does make them more expensive than some shops that provide the "quick fix" and not necessarily the "right fix". I appreciate that they do this because it is always best for the long run. Some reviewers are obviously put off by this. Let them go to Jiffy Lube. Why would you want to "cheap out" on service for the vehicle that you rely on to be safe for you and your family?
