So let me tell you guys a little story, imagine you are looking for a new car. You walk into prestige ford and are interested in purchasing the new 2015 mustang. you fill out the application and authorize the agent to run NO MORE THAN 2 HARD INQUIRIES. The sales man comes back with "the lowest apr i can give you is 5.9". fine no problem i leave the dealer ship and purchase a 2015 camry at Toyota Of Plano. Months later i do my periodical credit history check just to see if everything is in order. I find 8 hard inquiries from no name banks all around the country. All processed by Prestige Ford. If you dont mind your credit being bent over and rammed in the ass, go on down to your friendly Prestige Ford dealership. Thank you Prestige Ford for the skid marks on my credit that will be there till december 2016.

Service department: Awful. Absolutely awful. I brought my truck into them for one reason - to get the drain separator emptied and make sure there weren't any compounding issues associated with it being full. I let them do a number of other services while it was in. They didn't bother to fix the drain separator or check on any issues that might be associated with it, like water in the tank, despite having the truck for two days. I brought the truck in the following week because I couldn't get it over 30 hauling a horse trailer, and was run off the road. Despite having it since 7 in the am and being told explicitly what I wanted done with it, they didn't even get started on it -- despite knowing the poor condition of the truck and knowing I had horses to haul early the next morning.

We were sold a Ford Navigator that had been wrecked. Never told this by Prestige. Maybe they didn't know? Well the Walmart guy knew when he went to look for the paint code sticker on the inside of the drivers' door and it wasn't there. Paint is now flaking off and coming off the hood. Fuel pump went out 3 months after purchase. Water line started leaking. Coil packs went bad. Now catalytic converter is bad making it impossible to inspect. Need $2000 to fix. The "N A V I G A T O R" letters on the passenger side don't even match the drivers' side. You'd think a dealer would notice...I did only too late.

Just bought a new F150 truck from Prestige, and they were great to work with! Joseph Fore was my sales rep., and he was extremely helpful during the whole process. I wanted to add back-up sensors and a spray-in bed liner, and he even went out of his way to schedule those appointments for me. This experience has been above and beyond what I normally expect from a car dealership.

I took my truck in to have some service, I was fine with the price, I asked to have the oil changed while it was at the dealer, the truck was returned smelling like cigarette smoke, no windshiled fluid, the bad wipers were not changed or mentioned. This is my second poor experiance with Randle Reed Ford. Also a Cobra was in the shop and had interior part sitting on the top, when I mentioned that I would be pissed if that was my car the service writer said "if we damage it we will fix it" very poor reason to treat a cusomers car like you dont care about it.

Excellent customer service by both Sales and Service Department. This place gets it done. Yeah they may not be able to snap there fingers and make a miracle happen and sometimes you don't hear what you want but you know what...They Care !! I've used Prestige Ford to service my 2008 Navigator ever since I purchased it new. Up until this time, the service has been excellent...but not now. I've had it in for its most recent 5,000 mile check-up, and it's been days, and the service adviser, Lisa, has been very derelict in advising me as to when it will be ready to pick up. I've called more than once and left a voice message with her, but still no response. Calling the main switchboard has been a nightmare...first just getting a live person to talk to, and then being left on hold much too long. Not what I'm used to at all.
