We did a trade in for two vehicles. Greg and Terrance were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! We were never pressured or pulled in a direction we didn't want to go. They were beyond knowledgeable about every single vehicle on their lot and went to every extreme to make sure our questions were answered. We love our Ford fusion and our Ford edge!! We will definitely be lifetime prestige ford customers!

Manager overall was a nice guy...not really happy I drove 40 mins after speaking with sales guy all day just to get there interested in looking at one specific vehicle that can not be found anywhere on the lot. I told them 30 mins before I was coming that I was on the way to look at this specific vehicle and bam it was sold. Not happy I wasted my time. And honestly the place was super dead does not seem like they push many vehicles through there makes me question if this is a comment experience and based on the reviews lately I think it may be!

If I could give 0 starts I would. Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Not only was I lied to about the "deal" they were going to give me when it came down to the signing the said "oh yea and $2000 down payment" this was not what we agreed on. After I turned them down. I asked for the deposit I had left for the car I was looking at buying. The deposit they said was guaranteed back. They said they would have it for me at 9 am the next day. As I arrived they said they didn't get a refund request. So I went back the next day and they told me again that they didn't have it. I went 4 days in a row to finally get my money back from them. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

At first I had a great experience buying my car here...oh how that changed. Once they took my money that is when the customer service stopped. I contact my sales rep three times asking questions and never got a response. I then made an appointment for an oil change (first one was on them). When I arrived I was greeted by the most unpleasant man that told me it would be a 3 hr wait. When I told him I had an appointment he said "that don't matter. We are busy". Due to his general lack of care and customer service I asked to speak to a manager and he replied "its going to be a while, he is busy". I proceeded to walk off and told him I'd take my business elsewhere- he was unfazed. I called the dealership and asked for a call back as there was no one available to take my call and hear my concerns. I got no call back. I chatted online with a representative and they told me to send an email, so I did. I got no response. I'd like to hope that a bad review online would catch someone's attention...we will see.

We test drove a couple cars that we really liked but decided not to purchase because we didn't feel like the price was ever going to be settled. Old school sales tactics don't always get sales. Just lay it out plain and people who want to buy, will buy. Matthew 5:37 (KJV) But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

This is regarding the free 25K/ ipad mini contest. The folks there were nice but the contest was not as it appeared. The tear off card meant nothing. Expect to get a shopping gift card where you "only pay shipping" for not so valuable stuff.
