On the right is an Irish Stout that was dumped onto the yeast cake left behind from the Oud Bruin. I think a sour stout will be tasty. Its showing a lot more signs of infection, probably because it has more air space than the other one does. Its smells kinda funky, but it tastes kinda fun-kay.
