A nice flowchart for new python developers. If nothing else, it explains the error types which is invaluable in debugging.

yeah, if recall correctly, selecting a bone entry from the skin modifiers, it never selected the correct joint when using bone helpers. But it could possibly be envelope placement as +Eduardo Simioni mentioned. Not very intuitive either way.

And, sure, i actually dont mind digging up the scripts. I had intended to post them anyway.

"Attention Boston Game Developers. If you were affected by the recent layoffs at Turbine and Irrational, or even if you're just a talented developer looking to get something off the ground, I've set up a document intended to gather like-minded people together.

The truth is, there is now a large pool of very talented, yet unemployed people in the area, and it would be a shame for Boston to lose this talent. It'd be bad for Boston, and bad for the industry as a whole. It would be a shame if a startup or three didn't rise from the ashes.

Feel free to use this document as a way to contact others, get the ball rolling, and start discussions. We'll worry about the particulars of funding later, whether it be through investors, kickstarter, or some other method. For now, let's try to get the conversations started.

Even if you're already looking elsewhere, but want to stay in the area to work with former friends and coworkers, this could be a useful resource. And who knows, it may just lead to the next big thing to come out of Boston!"

Great tips from Marcus! We've been using the shared base head process for our last 3 titles. With the sheer amount of assets we have to produce there is no better way to handle it.

I don't get into the Kickstarter projects much but this game is always in the back of my head. I'm glad they are working on the re-imagining of ShadowGate.
