Gotta love the fact he has empathy for both Google and webmasters. So many times I see people dismiss SEO complainers as spammers, when they'd probably react the same way if income their family/children relied on fell 90% due to an impersonal, cold, algorithmic update. 
I really like Barry and his way to communicate.
