I recommend Shereef and his team at CarChat24... Not only do they execute in a manner that is customer friendly and balances the need for getting customer data with the need to provide the customer with real-time interaction with a human being that knows the dealership and the products they sell, but of all the suppliers I have worked with over the past 7 years of operating the ADM Professional Community, Shereef and the CarChat24 team have demonstrated an incredibly high level of integrity and business ethics. Most businesses strive to reach the levels of honesty and trust worthiness that CarChat24 has already demonstrated to me on a direct and personal level.  They are simply the best... Period.

This is a very useful and informative webinar recording that should be mandatory for every automotive digital marketing professional. Yes, it looks like another task among many, but the significance and importance of using Google's Tag Manager cannot be over-emphasized.

Automotive Digital Marketing Professional Community for Car Dealers and Dealership Managers

UPDATE: I had brought my 2006 Chevy HHR in for service with Slim at Findlay Chevrolet when I spotted a customized 2014 Chevy Silverado 4x4 on display in front of their showroom. After test driving the vehicle with Al, I made an offer which was declined. two weeks went by and I returned to the dealership and spoke with Jamaal McCoy. After making a few changes to the terms of the lease with GMAC that I was willing to accept, we agreed to a deal. Since the truck I had previously seen was already sold, Jamaal and team had to do a dealer trade to get the truck I wanted, then it had to be sent out for the modifications to make it exactly like the truck I had previously tried to purchase. The truck that Findlay obtained for me had over $1,000 in additional MSRP due to bucket seats and other additional factory options. Findlay honored our deal and included the extra options without changing the price or terms agreed to. In all aspects of dealing with Findlay Chevrolet's Sales and Service departments I have found the staff there to be customer focused, friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional in their demeanor and ability to execute all commitments as made and on time. They even sent a driver to pick me up when my HHR was ready from Service. I have dealt with hundreds of car dealers all around North America and have never found a more competent and honest dealership that operates with a more pervasive atmosphere of integrity as I have at Findlay Chevrolet... It should be noted that this is the second new Chevrolet i have purchased from Findlay Chevrolet. ********** I was in Las Vegas for a convention and drove my 2006 Chevy HHR which is mildly customized to Las Vegas loaded with conference hand out materials. On the way there, I hit a rough patch of road and something snapped in the front end and the driver side tire started to rub the fender well liner. Keep im mind I have 18" custom wheels and low profile Pirelli P-Zero tires on the car. I was able to keep it under 40 MPH and the rubbing wasn't too bad. I took the car to the hotel, emptied it out, then to Findlay Chevrolet the next morning, a Tuesday. The service advisor knew I was from Arizona, but teated me as if I were a regular customer. They found a broken suspension piece and because it is something that Jaamal (GM) told me seems to break a lot on HHR's in Nevada, they had one in stock. Anyways, they were very attentive and had the car repaired in less than 4 hours, which really surprised me. The whole bil, including a maintenance service I had them due since it was on a lift anyways, came to less than $800 and I was expecting more like $1,500. Then, when they brought my car around, they had washed it... No charge. I met the General Manager, a black guy named Jaamal McCoy and he obviously makes a point of meeting as many customers as he can, coming out into the customer waiting area and introducing himself to all of us. I've been to a lot of Chevy dealers, and Findlay Chevy is one of the nicest facilities with the best people working there that I have seen in a dealership in awhile. I highly recommend this dealer to locals and anyone passing through Las vegas.

I brought my 2002 Ford Expedition into Power Ford because I was on a road trip and while driving through Albuquerque I noticed the truck started pulling right at an ever increasing rate. The service department did a great job taking care of my truck, they replaced some bushings and bearings, then did a full alignment. They absolutely fixed the problem, my Expedition tracks straight as when new and they did the work quickly and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Power Ford to people who live in Albuquerque, and to any travelers passing through.

Beautiful facility, but the service levels are far below the quality of the hotel and grounds. I had a difficult time getting room service or getting a bellman to the room when we checked out.

Joe's BBQ is a legend in the Phoenix East Valley for good reason, the food is plentiful and very well prepared. It is a walk-up cafeteria ordering system with buffet style beverage service. The atmosphere is definitely more trailer park than fine dining, but if you're hungry and in the mood for great barbecue, this is an excellent choice.

I brought my 2002 Ford Expedition into Ken Grody Ford for the 100,000 mile service and their service manager was able to get my malfunctioning set belts mechanisms replaced under Ford Factory Warranty (Goodwill)! That is simply amazing, and besides the great service, washing my truck before giving it back to me, they felt strongly enough about my safety, that they got Ford to pay for a repair on a 10 year old vehicle. These guys rock! I love Ken Grody Ford...

Definitely a different dining experience in the deli tradition. Walk up and order, pay your bill and take your tray and beverages to the table. Servers deliver any hot meals ordered.

The menu is unique and the food quality is superb. Although a small cafe, the service is very friendly and the menu items I have ordered have been amazingly flavorful and truly culinary delights.
