My thoughts on practical gun reform

The Connecticut shooting this week has really affected me. Far more than similar incidents in the past. Not really sure why but probably because of the young age of the kids that were killed and my ow...

Been through the app store, have done some digging, FWIHR, there is no Chrome equivalent of Firefox's About:Config - Diverted tabs load
in background, it's been logged as a bug/feature request for several years.

Like the auto updating facility in Chrome as well as the built in Flash which mitigates a lot of ongoing maint issues. (especially in a house with over 1/2 dozen PCs of one sort or another)

Stealing focus, completely messes with muscle memory and finely honed workflow :-), making it a non starter as a FF replacement for yours truly.

"The next Google is "IBM's Watson" patched in through your smart phone so someone can punch in a natural language question and get back a reasonable natural language response from a simulated person with IQ of 5000."

Discuss.

Is suggestions for circles a new feature? I made that suggestion :) Doesn't seem very smart at the moment though. Maybe just analyzing G+ data to avoid privacy stuff

We are really happy with the windows, they look fantastic. Also please pass on our thanks to the installers. They were really amazing, extremely professional, hard working and did great job. They looked after our needs with working around a cat, looked after the floorboards and furniture and cleaned up very well afterwards. Overall very happy with the result. Six months after installation and been through a winter now and think the windows with double glazing really made a difference, should help a lot with the summer heat as well.
