Hi Felicia, first off thank you for coming into RaeLynns Boutique and taking the time to leave us a review. We sincerely apologize you feel we did not live up to our #1 goal, Excellent Customer Service. If you were in today, it was extremely busy with the demand of the season. Our staff tries their best to personally welcome every person who walks in our door, help find the perfect dress and to show our appreciation for your visit as you leave our store. Your review will be addressed at our next staff meeting so we can assure we are providing the customer service we strive for.
We hope you will give us another chance to prove this to you and to visit us again while shopping for Prom or our Boutique clothing! We strongly encourage everyone to visit us on the weekdays/nights, if possible, so we can give a more 1on1 shopping experience
