cool store. like the MEC or REI of racks. great staff, highly knowledgeable. with a drive in bay and custom work, these guys are the total specialists. they have taken great care of me and even got me a specialized motorcycle carrier that they don't normally stock. love this company.

I spoke with Graham several times to explore different rook rack systems for my Honda Fit. He was extremely patient and helpful with trying to accommodate my budget and needs. I had bought a portable roof rack from Canadian Tire, and it was a big mistake. Water would leak into the cabin, and wind would seep in through the doors on the highway. I'd recommend investing in a higher quality set so that you're better off in the long-run.

Be careful before paying for anything at Rackattack. Do not give them your money until after the item is installed. Otherwise you may not see the money again.

Swung by the Vancouver shop (met Graeme) ... I shared what my needs were (a family of 3), Graeme showed me a few options My choices were somewhat restricted due to my car (Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited with the ole spare tire on the back). Now I did find myself spending a little more than I originally intended. However as a long term purchase (lifetime warranty) versus some inexpensive, unreliable low end bike rack one could find at another retailer out there, that I would have to replace in a few years) - I would share my purchase today was a wise one I bought a Swing Away - 4 bike rack (Thule) .... it really looks good on the Jeep, and is very easy to use/ and takes up little space From purchase to install everything was all done in a matter of a few minutes Great job from the front of the shop (sales) to the back of the shop (installation). ... be sure to have Rack Attack on your list of bike racks and other accessories, its certainly well worth the trip

The customer service at both locations is great - getting parts replaced was super easy - even years down the road. Thanks for your help!
