These folks are great. Very helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and capable. They'll do the installation and make sure everything is put together correctly. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a cargo rack, bike rack or ski rack for your vehicle. Top notch.

Sales staff was very informative and patient. They carefully listened and provided me with solutions to have a hitch and bike rack installed on my brand new 2015 BMW X3. I chose Rack Attack to have my hitch installed based on the overwhelming feedback and recommendations I received from friends and colleagues. There were many other places that could have done it for much cheaper, such as U-Haul ($200 cheaper), however I went with Rack Attack to ensure that the installation went through seamlessly and without damage to my car. Unfortunately that was not the case. When I received my car back, my bumper was covered in dirt and dust, which is odd given the fact that my car was spotless when I brought it in. I just figured that they may have left it in a dusty corner so I just shrugged it off. I had it washed shortly after and found a long and noticeable scratch on the passenger side of my bumper, as well as a few dings and dents along edges. I managed to buff out the scratch with compound, however there is still a slightly noticeable scratch where it occurred. I'm suspecting that the dirt and dust was placed on the bumper to hide the noticeable scratch when I picked it up. I was going to take it up with the store, but figured that they'd probably just deny it anyways so why bother putting myself through the stress. I would expect this from other places but for a place with a great reputation with high end cost, I expected better. Tough to recommend them since it was my only experience...and probably my last. Should've gone to U-Haul, save a few bucks and probably get a better installation job.

Awesome customer service. We had a problem with a rack not transporting our step through bikes properly and they exchanged a rack we had had for 3 months with a rack that was more secure for our particular bike arrangement.

We always make sure we get our bike rack hitches installed by Rack Attack, even if they might be slightly more expensive than other suppliers/installers. Reason? We went with friends down to Cape Cod, and our friends' van had to turn around after 1 hour because their rack of bikes were about to fall off due to improper hitch installation by another installer. They eventually came to Rack a Attack to re-install the same hitch at our recommendation.

Great service... the price for hitches/wiring includes installation. Most hitch installs only on weekends though. You can't miss the newly painted building on Laird.

I have read the posted reviews and instead of ordering my product online I went to the store. What a mistake! After my very first question about the product and compatibility with other systems the sales person showed me the attitude. I should have left the store but somehow decided to stay and bought the gear. Mistake #2! Instead of selling me the brand new equipment the sales guy gave me the new box with an used gear inside. Also he charged me 10% more than posted online price. Do I need to say more?

A quick note to say how great the service is at the Laird Store. We've bought several products there over the years and there is very little staff turnover. The guys work as a team and know the product lines but most importantly, they were very patient during my recent purchase of a Yakima cargo box - two visits by me and a few trials of boxes placed on the roof and absolutely no pressure meant I did in fact buy something I'm happy with. Special kudos to Alex. Merci!
