The staff was so helpful when I showed up at the last minute on New Years Eve and needed to convert a ski rack for the new car I bought. Very helpful and friendly staff! Thanks for making my New Years Day a great one!

My permanent base rack installed on my Yaris on 9/29/2012 by Curtis, Installation Specialist. He was professional and took time before the install to address any questions and concerns that I had. The installation took about 1.5-2 hours. The install of the rack and fairing looks good on the car. After after driving back to Seattle, I noticed the small black plugs on the fairing were installed wrong. I emailed Rack Attack for some spare parts to fix the small issue and they mailed up the replacement plugs right away. The total cost was $550 for the permanent rack and fairing install. While it was little pricey, I’m glad I came here to have a professional perform the install. I would definitely come back here again.

Friendly people and good service. They price matched a deal I found with no questions asked. Will definitely buy here again and recommend them.

Spencer at Rack Attack in Portland totally hooked me up with a perfect install on my 98 Mercedes E300. He installed a track system with two high rollers. The track is super cool - way way way better than the Q Towers! My car was treated with care and the install was perfect. Now I can roll up to Whistler BC in style with a good friend and 2 DH bikes on the roof. So, in closing - go to Rack Attack and "Get you some!"

This place has types of bike racks I've never seen before. If your looking for insane quality then give this place a try. They also have several types of racks for specialty equipment like kayaks and other things you put on top your car. The front door is under the parking area.

I've been here twice now. The first time was for help in rigging up a bracket for my old bike rack (which they did), the second was to pickup a Thule Universal key - they gave me one free of charge!

If you need to put something on your roof and haul it around with you - this is the place to do it. The staff is super knowledgeable on how to install all Thule and Yakima products.

The NE Portland store did an excellent job today putting a roof rack on our daughter's car. They really worked with me to get the best system for the $$ and gave me a very fair price on the parts I traded in. The car looks great and our daughter is very pleased. Thank you!
