Made an appointment same day. Install for roof rack was fast. They were able to reuse some aero bars I had already. Hitch install was $600 less than the dealer. Nice guys. Good shop.

I have done business before with these guys when they were on leetsdale. I don't know what has happened since they moved, but their customer service is probably the worst of any company I have dealt with recently. It used to not be that way. You call up, they ask you to hold and then probably run out back to smoke a few bowls. Don't call unless you want to be on hold for 15 minutes. Maybe it's better if you go there, but calling to ask if they have a part or something is a waste of time.

Response from the owner - a month ago
Ted, we do have occasional rushes, but 15 minutes on hold is unacceptable and will be addressed with our staff. All I can think is a newer staff member took your call, where they sometimes need assistance with providing the correct information. I am sorry to hear of your experience and appreciate the feedback. Very good experience with Rack Attack today. I called first and talked to a manager named Ryan who helped me understand my options and pricing over the phone. I found the web site informative as well. When I got there I was shown several options before choosing one and they promised a quick turnaround - which they delivered! Fantastic one stop shop for all your rack needs!!

Ryan was of great help, along with the rest of the staff. I work in the bike industry and quality customer service is sometimes a rare commodity. Not here. I had an issue installing my hitch myself (made a major goof), which the entire staff here assisted with helping me out and getting me set up quickly. Because I had done some of the work upfront, Ryan even gave me a discount for the hitch install. I will be referring all of my industry friends and biking buddies this way for any and all bike rack/hitch needs! Thanks RA Denver crew.

I called about a replacement part for my bike rack. I was told they had a box of replacement parts for my model and I should come down to see if they had he right one. I arrive and am told they don't carry parts for my bike rack at all. Don't tell me to drive to your shop if you don't even carry the brand of rack I say I am trying to repair. What a waste of time.

Took q7 in for luggage rack. They used fittings for a highlander. The bars weren't compatible with a q7 and the sun roof wouldn't open. Took the car back in an they charged 15% restocking fee to change to compatible bars. Poor customer service. Admit your mistake and fix it without charging the customer more. -update : Ryan saw this review and refunded the restocking fee. So after several trips there, everything is working.

They were very helpful and accommodating. I purchased a second-hand unit. When I brought it to them they helped by using what they could and giving me a great deal on the additional parts that I required.

i really wanted to give them a good review after discussing all the options and helping me figure it that out over a few visits, but when they went to install the rack (in the configuration they reccomended) they said it was "too complicated" for them to complete (after i my car was there for an hour). I was rather frustrated since they advertise themselves as the people for these situations. A place in Centennial called Jazz It Up completed the work without blinking an eye
