A typical day of food for me on the cleanse looks like this: Shakeology for breakfast, fiber shake mid morning, sautéed spinach, mashed avocado, fruit and refresh shake for lunch, hummus and cucumber for my afternoon snack and salad and refresh shake for dinner! Now that's a lot of food!
