Basic Information
Invoice #52945 I chose Michigan Appliance Repair based on the positive reviews I read after Googling the company. Nathan was my technician, and he was very professional, honest, and helpful. I was facing major (and I do mean major) washing machine repair, and he laid all of my options on the line, and helped me make the best decision about how to proceed. I look forward to continue to call Michigan Appliance Repair with any future appliance issues. I appreciate the non-pushy, authentic, and helpful approach to customer service.

I participated in the Novi Community Shred Day last Saturday (10/3/15) held at Corrigan. I had 7 containers full of documents I had accumulated over the last several years. When I arrived, I was enthusiastically greeted by a staff member, who called two other gentlemen to help him get all of the documents/paper out of my trunk. I had a lot. I came prepared with a portable transporter to haul everything inside myself, but I didn't have to lift a finger. The whole process took about 3 minutes from the time I arrived. What a time saver and positive experience! Take it from me - save yourself time, and let this company handle what can be a very time consuming, costly, and mundane task...all for the amazing price of $5! I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, and I knew they were trustworthy. I will certainly be back for future Community Shred Days when the need arises. Check it out!

As one who has been a member of several gyms for the last twenty years, I would definitely say that Powerhouse is #1. I’ve been a member of various types of gyms in several states: traditional, college, military, community, and church-affiliated. All pale in comparison to my experience at Powerhouse Gym in Novi, Michigan. First, as a fitness fanatic, I work out Monday through Saturday, if I’m not traveling. It’s important to note that although I motivate and inspire others as a professional speaker and author, the environment at Powerhouse motivates me! I absolutely love it! I could go on and on about the amenities. There are a few that I’ll mention: 1. An excellent array of equipment. a. Remember, I’ve been doing this for twenty years. My biggest challenge is not getting bored. Powerhouse has the largest assortment of machines I’ve seen in the gyms I’ve belonged to. From cardio to weight equipment, the variety keeps me engaged and excited about my workouts. I take full advantage, and mix up my workouts by changing machines regularly. 2. It’s an energetic environment. a. In my opinion, there’s nothing more demotivating than going to a gym that has few people, coupled with a lack of energy in the environment. You will definitely find energy, coupled with people who are enthusiastic about fitness, at Powerhouse. 3. It’s open 24/7 and on holidays. a. Like I said, I go to the gym six days a week. While I prefer to go early in the morning when my energy level is at its peak, I have been at other times of the day, when I’ve had a schedule conflict. I have a “no excuses” philosophy about working out, and it’s good that Powerhouse is literally always open, including holidays. And you’d be surprised at how many of us are there on holidays working out – a lot! It’s a really pleasant perk to come in and work out Thanksgiving morning, for example, before having a big meal. The hours of operation make it easy to keep fitness a top priority. 4. There’s lots of space, and it’s not cramped. a. Powerhouse has two levels filled with equipment, as well as separate rooms for fitness classes, a basketball court, racquetball courts, sauna, modern and well-maintained restrooms, and much more. Fortunately, the machines are well spaced, so there isn’t this confined feeling of being too close to other people. The layout is very logical, and I really like not having to wait on machines, as there are so many. Finally, my experience at Powerhouse has been awesome. Again, as one who motivates and inspires others professionally, Powerhouse motivates me and fuels my personal fitness passion! I have highlighted Powerhouse in one of my books, as well as speeches I’ve given. Fitness is a very big part of my life. The gym is second only to my home in terms of the number of hours I spend on a weekly basis. It’s important that I be happy with my gym. I’m proud to be a Powerhouse member, and it’s well deserving of my positive shout-outs!
