I initially was impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff at Garlock's was- they SEEMED to go above and beyond. However, it was only to make the sale. The second this part was deemed to be in unusable condition by my mechanic, they became 100% hands-off "It's not our problem anymore." Extremely disappointed. If their follow-through matched their level of service when conning you into buying a shoddy part, we'd all be fine.
