It's all about the food today: Serrano Ham, Manchego, slow roast tomatoes, olives & crusty white baguette. Sunny Sunday lunch.

Tonight's dinner: Turkish Spiced Lamb Neck Fillet with Herb Cous Cous, followed by Ice Ceam with Pomegranate, Pine Nuts & Honey. Simple to prepare & full of bold flavours.

Here's my Greek meets Middle East salad to serve with tagine... the usual salad suspects along with feta, pomegranate, sumac, oregano and bundles of fresh mint - summary and refreshing!

oops +Rajini Rao there are some lovely vegetarian recipes for tagines... chick peas, butter nut squash etc, the spice blend still works :) Enjoy!

This week I will mostly be eating... Sesame Crusted Halloumi Salad for lunch. A gorgeous, light summer recipe from Sal Henley in the Cook Yourself Thin cook book. For those watching the pounds, it's only 210 calories a serving.

Chinese Dim Sum: Steamed Rice Parcels with Shitake Mushroom & dried shrimp; served with pickled cucumber and chilli oil. Bit of prep involved but so worth it, they tasted just like they do at my favourite dim sum restaurant in London.
