Do your customers mainly phone, rather than emailing? Google's new Call only campaigns let you focus on people searching for you on a smartphone and make it quick and easy to call.

When verifiying google+ pages lately, and despite them having New Zealand as the location, the postcards seem to be travelling via Thailand and taking a really long time to arrive? Is there any particular reason why this is happening???

Brilliant article with new tactics on reducing attrition from abandoned cart - has given us loads of good ideas for ecommerce clients.
Shopping cart abandonment rates are inflated by hedonic shoppers. The good news? With a some know-how you can convert them to valuable customers.

Awesome tactics on upping conversion from potential website viewers through email. Simple but powerful ideas.
In this episode, we have a story of how a blog post title halved our open rates, and email marketing tactics borrowed from Airbnb, TripAdvisor and Uber.

The ultimate in cool, stylish destinations. Don your most glamorous pm beach dress. Had a 5 star cocktail and dessert. Sublime. Music not quite as good as Ku de Ta but v chic. If you enjoy fashion, don't miss the boutique with French and Italian labels also selling movie-star swim suits, the likes of which I have only found once before on Monaco. Don't miss this or Ku de Ta when you're in Seminyak. I dream of going back for a whole week to go to these two places each night. If the waiter recommended a drink, take their advice. Mine was surprising!

Simon supplied hearing aids for my brother when he ran a clinic in Canterbury but now after being a senior manager for a large hearing aid group, Simon is head audiologist at Audiology South hearing clinic in Invercargill where he has become the main shareholder. I could not speak highly enough of the way he operates. He was patient and informative with my brother. So great for my brother's wife who was getting a bit ratty as it does take apparently seven years of procrastination before people get their hearing tested! Simon is a consummate professional, always smiley with a twinkle in his eye and extremely knowledgeable. 5 star service on a 4 star budget!

When looking for a Christchurch builder, we selected Sam on referral from a colleague for whom he had built a modern architecturally designed townhouse. He has completed two residential projects for us, a $200k renovation of a two storey 1920's Fendalton home, and repairs at our farm homestead. He is currently completing our EQC repairs and we're about half way through. Sam is good at keeping to budget and the workmanship is value for money. He's good at communicating and personable.

My premium went from $2,500 to over $8,000 per annum when they found I had two rooms of my house used as an office. They refused to rate just part of the house and insisted that the whole house be rated as commercial. I then paid it in installments through the year last year. This year I did the same, then in September, having paid 75% of the fee being three quarters of the way through the year, I got a phone call today threatening to cancel the policy if I didn't pay the rest within 5 days because I was drip feeding it and I "hadn't ticked the premium funding option.' I said I didn't understand that premium funding was drip feeding and given I paid that way last year, and have been paying steadily all the way along, why had it taken them 9 months. I asked for to change to drip feeding and they refused. I'm shopping elsewhere. They did pay the extra from EQC and I am grateful. But I've been regularly paying a huge increase and feel that they are holding me to ransom when I have been very conscientious. Fair enough if it was still $2,500.
