Routinely I'll go back to my models and fiddle with the textures. In this case I've been working on the diffuse color textures. As extracted they tend to be too dark and contrast-y (I think maybe EA/DICE does this to preserve image fidelity in HDR lighting) and simply adjusting the brightness/contrast of the textures in the render engine washes out detail. Nudging the gamma curve manually in GIMP seems to do a better job. None of these pics are new or interesting enough to warrant their own post. I just thought they were pretty. #srarwars
