Introduction

Rory specialises in leadership, talent and culture. In this role, he has helped some of Australia’s most successful business leaders find new ways to improve their organisations, redesign new ways of working, and extract greater value from existing resources. Rory draws on a range of contemporary solution and service redesign techniques combined with evidence based thinking to help clients overcome entrenched productivity challenges.

Rory routinely advises large public and private sector enterprises, and has a track record of spearheading successful innovation and lasting organisational change. 

Recent major client projects have included organisations in health and aged care, insurance, energy, banking and finance, information technology, telecommunications, and transport.

Before joining Grant Thornton, Rory worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Commonwealth Bank Australia, National Australia Bank, KPMG, and King & Wood Mallesons. 

Rory regularly contributes to a range of publications and thought leadership including, CIO, CFO World, Leading Company and ARN Net and Grant Thornton Australia. He regularly speaks on a range of topics relating to the synergies that exist between leadership diversity, innovative thinking and performance based culture.
