Weening clients off of likes/followers as the primary success metric is one of the toughest parts of my job. This infographic shows other things that need to change in the social media industry, as well. 
 
Less than 1/3 of companies are satisfied or highly satisfied with their social media efforts and many are still counting followers and likes as a primary metric. 

So much social media education to do in 2013. I'm game :)

+Trevor Prime Never made the case that Facebook is the best place to spend your ad money. However, combing your data on Facebook with what can be taken from search is intriguing. Adding intent to interest is worth keeping an eye on, not so much a game changer.
