A Private Investigator's Jurisdiction
The PIs at RMRI LLC can conduct what the Missouri Revised Statutes define as a private investigation anywhere in the state of Missouri. Fortunately, several states have reciprocation agreements with each other. If Missouri has a reciprocation agreement with another state, then a private ...

RMRI, LLC's NEW Ask The PI Site: First Question!
RMRI, LLC chose this question to answer from the public. This writer asks a good question, and this situation is all too common. Below is the writer's question: I am being sued by someone who claims to have hurt themselves on my property. They claim to be unable to work, and claim to have back ...

Do you know why it is important that your Private Investigator understand the basics of the intelligence they gather?
In the modern era of the private investigator personal information databases have become very popular. Don't be deceived by the phrase "personal information", this typically means public records that are compiled into one report. The advantage to using these databases is that they save time.

Hold on a minute.... I just want to say this...

I know that there are "overzealous Police Officers" out there.. But a lot of what I am seeing here is a citizen prompting the Police for an encounter. I mean, while it may be perfectly legal to video tape in public areas, it seems to me that the ONLY reason you are doing it is for a "hopeful encounter with the Police". What other purpose do you have for the videos you are making here?

I am all for exercising your rights when there is a need to. But I am not so sure that I am a proponent of a demonstration on how to exercise your rights just for the sake of getting a confrontation with the Police on YouTube. That seems a little pretentious to me, it is also seems like an intentional waste of Law Enforcement's time, and it also seems like an unnecessary diversion to Law Enforcement that could keep them from patrolling for REAL crimes that may endanger citizen's safety.

Just my thoughts, don't mean to offend anyone.

The point is anyone should be able to photograph or do what they want without the police freaking out when people exercise their rights. It should be all the time. The first threatening man was only a security guard. He should've continued walking with his overweight, ugly self and secure something. The police thug said "get off my train". What an ass. It's public property. We have to fight for every inch of freedom.

New Post on the RMRI, LLC. Blog. A question about process service. Some of you may find this interesting:
I filed a lawsuit against someone and hired a PI to serve her the subpoena. It's been 6 months, and the PI has not been able to serve her! I will not be able to keep getting court continuances, and it's costing me a fortune to the PI in service attempts and accompanying surveillance to try to ...

The only way a client gets a GPS from us is if we sell it to them. For monitoring, they have to prove that they have an interest in the car and that they don't plan to do that person harm in any way.
If proven sufficiently, they may hire us as consultants and as field PIs.
We don't place them no matter what the circumstance UNLESS for Law Enforcement. Then we do....on their own squad cars...which they own.

Private Investigator, but just an "average Joe".
Introduction
I run a small Private Investigation Agency in Columbia, MO.; and most people that I tell that too think that is so interesting. The reality is that I am just an "average Joe", just a small business owner trying to make a living like everyone else.

RMRI, LLC. is a private investigation agency with over 25 years of experiences in the investigative fields. We are experienced in advanced recovery operations, general investigations, process service, cyber-investigations to include digital forensics, civil litigation and criminal defense, and complex investigative projects.

Bragging rights
I just don't really like to brag, unless there is a real reason for it!

No experience; but I think that the entire public should rate this Doctor based on his actions in conjunction with a Law Enforcement Agency in violating David Eckert's Civil Rights. My rating: Big piece of dung, that deserves to be sued, bankrupted, and then sent to prison for a lengthy prison sentence, where hopefully the inmates in that prison will get to perform some "procedures" on him without his consent! Does not deserve a star, but had to give one to publish. Ranks very high on the "steaming turd" chart, though....
