Popups on a Website

Is it just me, or are popups annoying?! I mean, I understand why someone may think it is a good way to engage customers, but do people really think it works in their favour?

I am hoping someone will be able to help me out with the below?

Thanks in advance

Hi all. I am not 100% sure if this will make sense, but I will try to explain best I can...

http://nwwindowrepairs.co.uk/upvc-painting/
This website I have, can change the background of an element by selecting the relevant colour on the side panel. This is all good, but can only change what I make transparent to 1 colour.
Is there a way in Photoshop of being able to have this, but be able to have (for example) the window frames to change to 1 colour, and the walls of the building to change to another colour using a different selection?

I know it is possible to code what I call "blob elements" to position behind the relevant part, and code it to change that element to a colour onclick - but is there an easier way to do all of this using Photoshop?

I hope that makes sense, and thank you in advance for your help.

Gary

School Holidays - Confusing me!

So the kids have been off from school for 2 weeks, and it has totally thrown me out of sync! I usually try and post on a Thursday, but did not realise that today is Saturday!!

How does all my fellow Self Employed people deal with the school holidays and work life balance?
