Day 7 of 30 days of Meditation

What?! 20 minutes for meditation? I DON'T HAVE TIME.

Choosing to make the time for a practice that is helpful instead of harmful, is what is going to change your day. Most of the time-wasting things we inadvertently 'make time for', are harmful to our productivity flow and mood. When we consciously make time for meditation we cut down on the amount of time we'll spend numbing out on wasteful activities.

Decide on how much time you want to set aside for meditation, such as 5 minutes or 10 minutes. Then sit down and breath until the timer goes off. There! You've accomplished your meditation today! Hurray, you did it!
