I love the design for the rebuilding of the town with the keeping of the old buildings.
What a sight to see! Over 1000 pairs of socks were thrown to the ice during the second intermission and extra money was raised through sock sales (for those who forgot an extra pair) and silent auctions!
Pursuit got in on the action by creating a 1st intermission giveaway game. We had a couple who were great sports come onto the ice and play a big game of dress up! For every piece of ski clothing our contestants managed to put on, a shot was taken by a rebel from the blue-line and for every goal $200 was donated to the United Way! What great fun and of course great play by play from Joe Whitbread (@joewhitbread).
The contestant got dressed, money was donated and everyone went home laughing! Especially the happy couple walking away with 2 Tickets to Ride courtesy of Pursuit Adventure & Travel! Thanks for playing and a big thank you to the wonderful Rebel fans who donated socks to a worthy cause. See you all next year!
