Coming here with a small group of friends on a Monday Funday trek around town. We made this one a stop on our drinking tour. Well, mine is more of a food tour this one evening. I was busy taking pictures of the turnstile doors as it is sharing or part of the space called Daily Grill. I thought there was enough memorabilia on the wall and how they take drink orders. We must have came here on an off day because the bartender didn't really have any servers to come by our table. Yes, we were a bit talkative and probably to the other patrons a group of grade school kids out on recess. So a few of us went up to the bar just to order drinks. All I wanted was a Coke just so I could stay hydrated and sober as I was the designated driver for a few of us. Come to find out the real reason that most of us didn't want to order is the bartender and the service. I won't go into any details but I think that is a reflection on management. If you cannot keep your staff of servers and bartenders happy, how are you going to get people to come in and actually order drinks. Needless to say, walking by there today sort of explains why the place is boarded up. We were only here about a month or month and a half ago. Another one bites the dust. Sorry Charlie!

One the best HH places in DTLA. 3-7 Mon- Sat. All day Sunday Food- $2, $4, and $6. Drinks- $4 beers, $5 well, $10 for wine (3 glasses) Must get: Margarita lavash pizza Wild mushroom lavash pizza Naked wings Calamari Braised short ribs tacos Public School has a really chill relaxed environment. Great place to come with friends for food, drinks and watch some football. I like the concept of order and pay at the counter. It makes it so much easier when in big groups. Parking of course is a bit of a hassle. But there's the One Wilshire lot for $6 bucks.

This is where white trash hang out. My guess is that they supply roofies.

This is a good happy hour place, it's right in the heart of downtown LA and offers a wide variety of beers and small bites. You can catch a game with the multiple televisions during any sports seasons, but it definitely gets crowded during the happy hour rush from 4-7pm. Service can be mixed; I've had experiences with a bartender who was very friendly and even gave recommendations and another bartender who poured a sloppy foam beer and charged me 8 bucks. I would only recommend going during happy hour when the prices are reduced.

Good food. Love the fresh fries with the barbecue mustard sauce. Love the beef sliders. Love the all-day happy hour on Sunday. Service was okay since we were in the bar section. But the food was served fresh and hot and that's what matter in the end.
