You're extremely likely to be sorry if you rent from PRS. First of all, don't rent from them sight unseen. We had to do this moving to az. When we got to the house they had put a notice inside the residence stating it was ready for move-in when it was filthy with dog hair all over, heavy stains in the carpet (don't think it was even cleaned after previous resident) including cigarette burns, dog feces and cigarette butts all over in the gravel yard. We spent 2-3 full days cleaning what they should have done just trying to make it livable. Other issues upon move-in included a nasty stink in the refrigerator, stove/oven was not working and no screens on the windows. Also, they must go with the cheapest maintenance guys they can find because when one came out to fix a leaking kitchen sink he left cigarette butts and the old gasket in the front yard (how lazy). Good luck getting return calls when you leave messages. The office leasing assistants can barely spell, are under-educated and unprofessional. I think they cut corners every chance they get and whatever you do, don't break your lease early. They will make up unfair false charges for cleaning $400 and documents $350. We left the property in much better condition then we received it in. They are white collar crooks. PRS knows how to walk the legal tightrope. All the negative reviews on google are almost all from residents and I believe them after our experience. In summary, do yourself a favor and go with anybody else especially if you're renting sight unseen. I hope this review helps even just one person to avoid this nightmarish company. I stay anonymous for reference reasons and my review is 100% true.

Really?? Tyler Durden, the imaginary character from the 1999 movie Fight club? We have been managing homes for over 25 years and work hard to satisfy our customers experience, but let’s talk the truth on this unfair review. Anonymous - how can we look up your experience? How can anyone learn from it without any factual evidence? A friend or family member looked at the house before you rented it, blame them for picking the wrong property. We clearly state in our policies that what your family member saw is exactly what you will get, no deceiving involved. Now, when you decided to terminate the lease early, why shouldn’t you pay the cost of preparing the property? You promised to stay at least a year by signing a lease and didn’t, not our fault. We first and foremost represent the Owner of the property and will enforce the lease agreement if a resident fails to meet their obligations, it’s only fair. As for the negative reviews, you are correct that there are some from residents but there are also individuals taking the time to create fake accounts, wanting to hide behind anonymity to leave a biased review and proclaim is 100% true! We do regret your experience wasn’t positive but perhaps the blame lies within.

They are all nice to get you to sign, but in my years of renting, this has been my worst experience! So many things in the house need to be fixed, but if it under 50.00, they expect the renter to pay for it!! What???? Why should I have to fix this persons house that has very shotty work!! The pool has been a headache and they keep trying to bandage the problem.

I have been living in the same condo for 5 years. They rarely bother me. Yazmine always gets back to me the next day/same day when i need some thing repaired. they have always been polite to me and send out workers to get the job done well. No complaints on my part. i love how they let me sublease as well. Thank you for being awesome. And i love the new location!

I haven't even moved into the house of my interest yet but this review is based solely on my phone call today. I had questions about the property I wanted and the woman I talked to was more than rude. I asked if I could have somebody meet me at the house and she said "we dont do that" so I said, well what if I have questions while I'm there? to which she rudely replied "well you have me on the phone now" and had a mean tone in her voice the entire phone call. I still really am interested in the property so I will be going to my viewing Saturday and I hope that I can have better luck with this company than most of these reviews, otherwise I will most definitely "run" as these other folks say to do. But hey, I'm giving it a shot.

Tonya has been great always on top of repairs and returning phone calls, the same goes for Andrea. We,ve never had a problem and we've had some bad experiences with others.

I have worked with several property management companies over the years, personal and for clients, so I am no stranger to property management. Most of the property management companies I have worked with are very responsive, have better systems and technologies in place, do quarterly inspections on the properties, get at least 2 (if not 3) quotes on any repair, reduce fees with long-term owners, don't charge owners for items that are standard and should be covered by the monthly management fee, and they follow up with their owners at least 1 year to review, see how things are going, update management agreement, etc. If that is what you are looking for you will not find it at PRS. I have been with PRS for 10 years, my management agreement is so old, from 2010. I've changed my email 2 years ago, on occasion I still get emails to my old email. I have had to get involved with repairs and request additional quotes, assist with several HOA community compliances that come to me in the form of demand letters because nobody there does even drive by inspections. I recently put in my notice with PRS. I was nice enough to wait till the lease was almost up, and give them plenty of notice. I'm sure PRS will charge me for notifying the tenants, but I also took it upon myself to mail the tenants a letter directly to make sure they were notified. It took Rondi 2 days to respond to my notification email, and I am told, that since PRS has the security deposit, they have 14 days to pay it, so I have to pay them another months management fee, because they can wait to write the 1 check the following month.

We have been managing properties since 1990 and this review was surprising to receive. Since May 2005 we've overseen Linda's home in Gilbert with the same great service given to our other 1,000 properties. We searched through our email, phone and written communication without finding a single complaint on the level of service we provided. If we had been asked to provide additional services by Linda, we certainly could have discussed them and made adjustments. Since she decided to sell the home, we weren't given an opportunuity to resolve the complaints. We were disappointed to have an 11 year client leave us unsatisfied, for this we are sorry.

I would leave a negative star if it were possible to do. Renters beware this company pays the cheapest company to fix anything and it never gets fixed right the first time. Also their staff is completely rude unless they are somehow making money off of you. When you move out kiss your deposits goodbye and expect them to charge more. If you go to their site you'll see they only show posts rated 4 or 5 stars, I wonder why that is. If I had to guess I wouldn't be surprised if they wrote those themselves, that's how corrupt of a company they are.

Nicholas Caudel Lowe and Mina Lowe rented 4329 E. Gail Court from us for 4 1/2 years. They broke their lease 6 months early and were charged for early termination costs, per their lease. This link, https://www.dropbox.com/s/znahknku3v0y99k/Nicholas%20Caudle%20review2.PDF?dl=0 , is a break down of their charges that are owed to reimburse the owner of the property, totalling $1,749.37. There was never a dispute filed with our company, nor any payments made to us. Yet, here is a negative review 9 months AFTER they have moved out, without any kind of contact to us from the Lowe's. One can only assume why they chose now to write this review, but if it has to do with it being reported to the Credit Bureaus as a Collection Account, simply pay what is owed and we will report it being resolved to the Credit Bureaus.

Going thru the leasing process out of state was difficult itself, Tonya Wilkins was more than AWESOME to work with, she made this process for my family and I as smooth like butter. Granted she deals with many other clients, she made me feel like I was the only one that matter every time we spoke! Hats off to Tonya and the Staff at PRS!
