Most clients, and even radon professionals, think that a radon system HAS to go into the sump pump bucket. That is just not the case. Usually there are many different options available for each home. Worrying about future access to the sump pump is a valid concern had by many. You don't want a big pipe in your way when your basement is flooding, so why put your radon system there? Insist your radon system gets put into the concrete slab and not into the sump pump lid. Not because it's easier, because it's the best thing for your house. At Professional House Drs, we're here to do the best job, not the easiest.

The best time to put in a radon system is during construction. Anything from a single family residential house to this multi-family building we're working on. This way everything can be hidden in the walls just like a normal plumbing pipe.
