Kylene Young provides feedback of her experience with Proffer Brainchild:
“I had the opportunity to work with Jon while studying for my Green Belt and Black Belt Six Sigma certification. As a professor, Jon is easy to work with, accessible and provides valuable guidance where needed. He has designed a training program with the working professional in mind. Classes are available online and can be adapted based on your work schedule. Most importantly, the program allows you to earn your certification while delivering on projects applicable to your work and teaches you how to apply the Six Sigma tools and techniques to your industry.”

Bobby Kosh shares kind words about our Six Sigma training experience:
“Jon is a very knowledgeable instructor and knows how to connect well with his students. I took a Six Sigma course with him and would highly recommend it. He has extensive industry experience and is able to relate real world examples to the course work. He also worked with everyone individually (around their schedules) to ensure that everyone could apply course concepts to their projects and daily work. I gained a brand new set of valuable analytical tools that I can now use in my daily work. Jon is a great mentor and more importantly he's a great person too.”

There is an old expression that 'nature abhors a vacuum'.  Nowhere is that more true than when it comes to leadership.  When clear, consistent leadership is missing at the top, it sends the wrong message to everyone in the organization that they are free to do whatever they want.
