Service is very quick and organized. Easily the most painless drop off and pick up at a dealership service department I have ever had. Took the car in to have a key made, and they were great with this. Had no problem cutting a key blank I bought online, some places will try and make you buy an expensive Honda key. Priority was great and charged less than $70 for this. High five to them. Prices are a bit higher for service, they quoted me nearly $1200 for a timing belt, that I had changed at an independent shop for less than $800. But it is a Dealership, so this isn't news. My point of contact was Allen Sanchez. He was knowledgeable and did a great job communicating the issues with my car and was easy to reach. Best Honda dealership in the Charlotte area.

We had a great experience buying our Odyssey at Priority Honda. We started our search here and Dominique gave us a very detailed look at all of the vans features and took us out on a test drive. We also met Lester, who was very helpful and spent quite a bit of time with us answering all of our questions -and taking us on 2 more test drives. These guys even kept our 2 year old son entertained while we were there. There really is a difference in the overall atmosphere at Priority compared to every other dealership that we visited.

I am very pleased with my last visit to Priority Honda Huntersville. I was very pleased with the way Kelsey Hardin took care of my car service experience. My car was worked on in a timely manner and they had me back on the road without any delay. I look forward to my next service visit here.

Very appreciative of the excellent service from Allen Sanchez! Allen was very friendly and provided a complete evaluation of my issues and concerns. My service was accomplished quickly; Allen used some coupons I wasn't aware of, and I got a carwash too. Very pleasant waiting room with unexpected amenities. Will definitely return to this service department.

Great experience at Priority Honda Huntersville. We dealt with John Troxler, who was professional and courteous, and he made it worth our time to drive one hour to the dealership to purchase a pre-owned CR-V. My previous buying experiences at car dealerships have not gone as smooth as it did with Priority Honda. No pressure from the sales end or the finance/warranty folks either. I shopped and quoted several dealerships and car lots and ended up saving approximately $1,000--1,200 by dealing with Priority. Not to mention they offer free oil changes, state inspections, and wrecker service for purchasing from them.

I purchased a car from Priority Honda of Huntersville Sat Mar 14th. Prior to purchase, a list of all known defects and repairs was requested by the consumer (this list is still in my possession). After purchase, the air conditioning was noticed to be faulty. This was brought to the attention of the seller within 10 days of sale (I have a record of call logs as well). On May 2nd, when the car was brought back in to the service department the service manager stated that the compressor was bad and that this was known before the car was sold. I checked my list that was provided prior to sale of the car and nothing about a faulty compressor was mentioned. She stated that she had told the sales manager about this defect and he had elected not to address the issue. I appreciated her honesty. She suggested that I talk with the sales department about this to see if they would be willing to cover any portion of the cost for the compressor since the defect was not disclosed for the consumer to make an educated purchase. After 10 weeks of constantly calling the sales department to discuss the issues (and receiving no call backs), I was able to speak with a different manager who told me that the sales department would not be able to help with this cost but they would ask the service department to provide a replacement free of labor. Earlier this week I brought the car in to have a new assessment of the a/c so that all the appropriate parts could be ordered and the work could be completed. I spoke with the same sales manager that I met with in May. She told me that the condition of the compressor had worsened. It had disintegrated and ruined all of the other components of the a/c. I was now going to need an entirely new unit which had nearly tripled the cost from what it would have been to get this fixed immediately. She said she would advocate on my behalf to the service department to uphold the price that was quoted to me in May. They declined stating that the car was sold "as is" and that they were not responsible for disclosing this information to the seller. Every attempt has been made to try and resolve this with the manager(s) independently. They reiterate that the car was sold 'as-it' and they have no intention of providing assistance. They feel neither liable nor responsible for informing the consumer of known defects at the time that the consumer requested them prior to purchase. This is very disheartening but future consumers need to know about the business practices at this establishment. I have steered two clients away from them after they had test driven a car and been ready to make a purchase but more consumers need to know who they are dealing with at Priority Honda of Huntersville.

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We are always pleased to hear back from our customers whether its positive or not because we are always striving to improve. I want to take the time to address each of your concerns regarding your last visit in our service department. As for the time it took to service your vehicle we always tell our customers an hour to perform a standard oil change service. During this standard service we change the oil and filter, top off the fluids that can and will dissipate, test your battery, perform a 29 point multipoint inspection and run your vehicle through the car wash. Our multipoint inspection we perform does not serve as a selling tool, it serves as a benefit to you and to us. When your vehicle is in for service with us if there is any sort of safety concern with the vehicle and we do not bring this to you attention and you leave and have a problem with your vehicle that we could have prevented for you, you would then wonder why we didn’t inform you. As you can see an hour for this free service is greatly underestimated at a value of $50 to you. When your vehicle was in a service advisor came in and advised you of a few things that the technician recommended. When it was explained regarding the warranty the service advisor was referencing the Priority for life engine guarantee you received on your vehicle. I’m sure you can understand any engine related service we request to perform in our shop since we are giving you the warranty for life. The additional services you were recommended are just that, recommendations. We price match and accept competitors coupons to make it easier for our clients to have to only go to one service department for all their service needs. I also wanted to address your concern from a previous visit for a state inspection where we told you the wiper inserts were not clearing the window per the states guidelines. If the wipers are torn or do not clear the windshield it is considered a safety hazard and will cause your state inspection to not pass. With us being an accredited State Inspection facility we have to follow their guidelines as to not have our license suspended. I’m sorry if it was miscommunicated to you but you could have purchased the inserts, installed them yourself and we could have inspected the vehicle with a pass rating. Again, we do value you as a customer and the feedback. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak to you regarding this matter. Please feel free to contact me, Lolli Cornelius Service and Parts Director, at 704-875-3232 or lcornelius@priorityauto.com.

Great experience. John Troxler went out of his way to find our perfect vehicle and was extremely flexible on getting us the opportunity to purchase before it sold elsewhere.

Great staff and service. The wait is not so long, every once in a while there will be s long wait but that's ok they have a great shuttle. We have had a great experience buying and trading in here we have bought 2 Pilots and 1 civic. We love the massaging chairs that are in the waiting room and if you have kids they can enjoy a nice movie or play in the kids room. Overall this the best Honda dealership in the Carolina's. I recommend this dealership to anyone that asks where I got my Pilot.
