Our books came out absolutely gorgeous. Please accept my thanks and enthusiasm for a freaking perfect product! We don't tend to produce books quickly, so we have to go hell-for-leather on the quality factor. That's why I get so picky and cautious when approaching a big print run- my professional life is on the line. But Printninja met and exceeded my expectations. Not only did they put up with my questions and proofing requests earlier, but wow... The books just came out so shiny and perfect. The colors look incredible. The printing is sharp, the construction solid, and the packaging was really nice- I haven't stumbled across one copy with any visible damage yet. Usually I expect a 3% loss rate due to handling damage or misprints on every run (which I think is reasonable), but this is just coming out rainbows so far. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic results.

These guys handled our 2014 product catalogs, and the result was exactly what we wanted. Great customers service, quality product, and timely shipping; even had some shipped by air while the rest made their way across the pond. Thanks, guys!

I found Print Ninja doing a quick Google search and was able to create a quick and easy quote with their print setup system. I was then able to save that quote for 30 days! My sales person Ashley was super friendly and was incredible helpful throughout the process. The books arrived at my door yesterday evening and they look amazing! The quality and craftsmanship of their product and price is unheard of and I will be printing with Ashley and Print Ninja again very soon! Highly Recommended! Jason

PrintNinja rocks! I chose them to print the first book for my new publishing company. The customer service was outstanding, they were patient and prompt, and there weren't any hidden costs or fees along the way. And they were the least expensive bid that I got on the project! I think this is the best customer service I have ever had with an internet transaction. The first edition of this book came exactly as I ordered it, and has sold hundreds of copies in the first few weeks. I will be working with Print Ninja again very soon, for the printing of a fun children's book series that I've been dreaming up for years.
