It would be more accurate to speak of black
guys randomly shooting people on an almost daily basis. If you look at mass shootings in America, the overwhelming majority
consist of black-on-black gang-related crime, often drive-by, mainly in cities that have a high black population, or in black areas of cities. Such incidents tend only to make the local news, because they're so common (and confined to black areas), the majority of the public doesn't really care about them. Mass shootings that don't follow this pattern get a higher profile, partly because they are less common, partly because the motives are interesting, and partly because the media are less inhibited about reporting crimes where the culprits are not black.
The Guardian made a list of mass shootings. Take a look at it, and look especially at the locations of each crime, and you'll immediately see that nearly all of them occur in black cities/areas. If you actually go an search for the news stories behind each incident, you will see the confirmation of what I said: http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/ng-interactive/2015/oct/02/mass-shootings-america-gun-violence
